This is our version of the traditional Magic Cookie bars, or as I grew up knowing them as “chippy-dippy bars” My biggest kid doesn’t care for butterscotch, & I’m not a huge fan of the flaked coconut- so this is the remix we came up with …
2 pkg graham crackers, finely crushed
1&1/2 sticks butter
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 cups chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
*Melt butter in the bottom of a 11×13 bar pan. Crush the graham crackers and sprinkle over top of butter, mixing a bit and patting into a crust layer. Sprinkle both varieties of chocolate chips & pecans evenly over top and drizzle all with the can of sweetened condensed milk. Bake at 350* for 18-20 minutes. You don’t want your edges to brown very much or they will get quite crisp. Cool & cut. Love every bite.
