
This little snack will fulfill your calorie & salt requirements, & it’s so easy. This might be my new replacement for popcorn on movie night!
Preheat your oven to 350*
pour 4 cups of regular Cheerios onto a jelly roll pan, bar pan or baking stone(something with some sides will work)
melt 1/2 stick of butter & drizzle over, stir to coat, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sea salt. Bake for 6 mins, if not quite toasty enough for you return for 2 or 3 min more.
enjoy while still warm- they won’t last long anyway!
