This is me at Applebee’s on Easter Sunday with my family. We had just celebrated two birthdays with our extended family last weekend & last night, so today we decided we’d just make it a party of six. We had a nice lunch and did a little shopping.
I have ordered this twice before and knew that I liked it. I decided it would be a great thing to blog about since I figured it had to have a ton of calories in it.
The dish is layered with rich and creamy mashed potatoes, then a breaded and deep fried chicken breast, topped with gravy and crispy little onion rings & chives.
When we got back home we looked up the nutrition facts on the Applebee’s website. We learned that it had 1090 calories & 63 grams of fat!
If you don’t love chicken, here are a couple other super high calorie entrees we spotted on the calorie log…
New England Fish & Chips/Hand Battered Fish Fry has 2040 calories
and the Brew Pub Philly has 1130 calories.
Wish you could all join me to test a few more high cal options in person!
