Yesterday night I ran my second 5K within a week, well almost….. The run I participated in last night was a Glow Run. Everyone put on glow sticks and ran as it was getting dark! Half way through the run there was a water station, and usually I don’t stop but last night was very hot and buggy, so I thought, ” whats the harm? “. It was not a good idea, the rest of the way my stomach hurt so I had to walk the last 1/2 mile :/ But hey it was still good exercise!
Running is a great way to exercise, and although it really wears me out, I always feel better after. And as most people know running is great for CF lungs!
