Another day at the fair has gone by. During the summer months I find it hard to stay hydrated and continue to get enough salt intake (a very important thing to keep in mind for people with CF). I have recently been drinking a lot of bubly water to help stay hydrated. Staying hydrated is a very important thing to remember for CFers. Water gives us more energy, thins mucus, and just makes you feel better. A salty snack I have been eating a lot of this summer is roasted almonds or pistachios. What salty snacks do you like to enjoy?
