Something that I have recently started trying is yoga. Not only is yoga good exercise it is also good for CF lungs because of the deep breathing! I am just learning some of the basics and so far I love it! It is such a good way to stretch and open up my airways. It is also just feels good to wake up and do exercise that is relaxing. I don’t know very many poses/positions yet, and ii’m not as flexible as I thought I was, but I will continue on and hopefully make some great progress!
